Ideally located on the island of Noirmoutier, in a quiet setting at the end of a private cul-de-sac, you will enjoy your holiday just a stone's throw from the beach, while still being close to the centre of La Guérinière. 

Designed in a U-shape and able to accommodate 8 people, the house offers natural circulation and captures light at all hours of the day. The 60m² living room is welcoming and includes a fitted and equipped kitchen. The large sliding glass doors in the living room give the feeling of being both indoors and outdoors and naturally extend the living room onto a large wooden terrace. 
The heated swimming pool (3×6m), open from April to September, promises delightful moments of relaxation with the family. 
This single-storey villa has four bedrooms, all opening onto the terrace/pool area and divided into two separate wings to ensure privacy for everyone. 
The first wing has a lovely master suite with a 160 cm bed, a dressing room and a shower room. The second sleeping area offers three bedrooms, two with queen-size beds and the third with two single beds that can be converted into a king-size bed.
A shower room and separate WC complete this guest area.
You will have at your disposal garden furniture, sun loungers, parasols and a plancha grill. The grounds are enclosed and offer parking for your vehicles.
