The property comprises our house and, independently, a superb gîte on the garden level and two guest rooms (one of which has disabled access), each with its own private terrace.

Our villa invites you to relax and enjoy the benefits of rest and escape, alone or as a couple, in a peaceful setting full of charm in the shade of the pine trees...

Listening to your needs, in the spirit of a guest house, we will accompany you during your stay with delicacy and simplicity.

Our aim is to help you discover Noirmoutier as you please.

This 42 m2 flat comprises :
- A fully-equipped living room and kitchen - sofa, TV, WiFi, dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave, hob, toaster, hoover, iron.
- Bedroom - double bed (140cm), wardrobe, chest of drawers, cot.
- Shower room - Italian shower, hairdryer, washing machine.
- Separate WC.
- Private terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and Weber barbecue.

For your convenience:
Beds made on arrival.
Towels and tea towels provided.
Toiletries provided: shampoo, shower bath.
Coffee, tea and sugar available + cooking utensils (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, etc.).

Accommodation must be left clean and tidy.

Reservations for a minimum of 2 nights are possible outside school holidays.
