Overlooking the ocean, ‘Le Noirmoutier’ invites you to enjoy a gentle, relaxing break. In a bright and soothing setting, the hotel offers 13 elegant, comfortable and chic-bohemian rooms, where the sound of the waves will be the only thing to wake you in the morning. A breakfast that evokes the flavours of our childhood, with its golden pastries, homemade jams, French toast and all the simple pleasures of yesteryear.

Its restaurant, ‘L’Authentique’, showcases refined, seasonal cuisine, inspired by our grandmothers’ cooking but given a modern twist by its talented chef, Paul, and his team. Fresh, locally sourced produce to savour whilst enjoying a unique view. The bar ‘L’Arôme’ remains the ideal spot to unwind. Delicious cocktails, subtly crafted by Maxime, blending freshness, creativity and exotic flavours, to be enjoyed with your feet in the sand.
