Overview
"La Table d'Élise" is becoming "Élise", a new venture launching in 2025, still housed in this little cottage overlooking the fishing harbour at L’Herbaudière. Élise, a seafood restaurant (an annexe to the three-star gourmet restaurant La Marine), offers market-fresh cuisine cooked over charcoal. It showcases seafood and local produce, with an open kitchen overlooking the counter. The other restaurant by Alexandre Couillon, the chef who earned three stars in 2023.
