With a wealth of experience in the culinary arts, a career spent in some of the finest establishments, and as a consultant for Pierre Hermé, Stéphane, together with Beatriz, presents his ice-cream creations, playing with a highly varied range of ice creams and sorbets made with whole fruit, offering over fifty flavours – from classic to surprising – from sumptuous Bourbon vanilla to the intense dark chocolate sorbet, the famous caramel ice cream with Noirmoutier fleur de sel, the exotic yuzu sorbet, and bold signature flavours such as bergamot sorbet with ginger confit and raspberry pieces...
Open from April to the end of September and during the 2026 All Saints’ Day holidays.
Low season: open Tuesday to Saturday from 10.00 am to 1.00 pm and from 3.30 pm to 6.30 pm. Sundays: from 10.00 am to 1.00 pm and from 3.30 pm to 6.30 pm. Closed on Mondays.
High season: Monday to Saturday from 10.00 am to 10.00 pm. Sundays from 10.00 am to 6.30 pm.
