La Réserve is an independent wine shop situated beneath the arcades of Rue Piet, in the heart of Noirmoutier-en-l’Île. Taken over by Valérie, the shop is now a go-to destination for lovers of fine wines, spirits and non-alcoholic drinks.
A discerning selection, a trusted destination. Valérie built La Réserve on a simple belief: every bottle deserves to have a story to tell.
After a passionate career change – completing a Master’s in oenology in Beaune, having grown up in a family of market gardeners in the Pays de la Loire region – she took over the wine shop with the ambition of making it much more than just a retail outlet.
Characterful French wines, regional whiskies, aged rums, artisanal gins, local delicacies: every item is personally selected following tastings and meetings with the producers.

La Réserve is one of the few wine shops on the Île de France to offer a serious selection of non-alcoholic drinks – de-alcoholised wines, non-alcoholic spirits, kombuchas, craft beers and premium mixers. A range designed for those who wish to treat themselves without compromising on quality, whatever their reason. This range is the result of rigorous research: only the finest products in each category have been selected, tested and approved for their mouthfeel and authentic flavour profile.
At your service on the island:
In-store collection available. Tasting evenings are organised every quarter, focusing on wines, whiskies and rums – an invitation to explore in a different way.
Open all year round.
Winter: Tuesday to Saturday from 10.00 am to 1.00 pm and from 3.00 pm to 7.30 pm. Sundays from 10.00 am to 1.00 pm.
Summer (July and August): every day, open continuously from 9.00 am to 8.00 pm. Sundays from 9.00 am to 1.00 pm.
