Departing from Nantes SNCF train station, with connections to high-speed TGV trains and ferries to Île d’Yeu, regional coach line 13 operates year-round and serves :

Fromentine ferry terminal in 1 hour and 20 minutes;
The towns on Noirmoutier Island: L’Épine (except in summer), Barbâtre, La Guérinière, and Noirmoutier-en-l’Île bus station in 1 hour and 45 minutes.

Up to 25 coach services are available per day in summer.
