No. 8 is a cosy and practical 35 m² cottage situated in a very quiet neighbourhood, close to the beach (200 m). Set in the garden of our house, it is completely self-contained and has its own private space.
Parking is shared.
It comprises three rooms:
- a living room with a fitted kitchen, dining area and lounge area (a wood-burning stove is provided for heating, and wood is supplied)
- a bedroom sleeping three, with a wardrobe and storage drawers, and a desk
- a shower room (walk-in shower)
- a terrace that’s sunny from the morning onwards and a small garden (table, sun lounger, shade sail)
Accommodation is for 2–3 people: one bedroom with a 140x200 bed and a 90x200 bed (on a mezzanine).
Available to rent at weekends and on long weekends. Please contact the owners.

The beach is 200 metres from the house, and the village shops are a 10-minute walk away: mini-market, newsagent, tobacconist, bar/restaurant/crêperie, bike hire, fishmonger.
4 km from the town centre of Noirmoutier-en-l’Île; free bus service in July and August.
