Ideally situated in the traditional Vieil neighbourhood, this holiday home, built in 2018, lies halfway between the beaches of La Madeleine (150 m) and Le Petit Vieil (300 m), both of which are within walking distance.

It features a small, enclosed garden terrace at the rear of the house, offering privacy, with a heated mini-pool (June to late September) featuring a spa function, protected by a sliding terrace roof, as well as an outdoor shower.

The ground floor comprises: a large living area opening onto the garden, comprising a combined kitchen-dining-living room with a pellet stove, a separate toilet, a bedroom with a 160-bed and an en-suite shower room, a utility room and a garage.

Upstairs, you will find a bedroom with a 180 bed and its own en-suite shower room, as well as a ‘dormitory-style’ bedroom for four people (2 x 140 beds) and its own bathroom with toilet.

A concierge service can arrange key collection and, upon request made 10 days before arrival, the provision of bed linen and household linen (chargeable service)
