Our house in Noirmoutrine, rated four stars as a holiday let, is a fully renovated family home covering an area of approximately 100 m². It is a single-storey, modern, bright and comfortable property. It is a detached house.
Set on a 2,000 m² enclosed plot, it is set back from the road and features two large terraces, ensuring a peaceful stay. You can park your car within the grounds. You’ll have access to a 50 m² living/dining/kitchen area, two bedrooms, each measuring 12 m² (one with a 160 cm bed and the other with a 140 cm bed), two bathrooms – one with a walk-in shower and the other with a traditional shower – two separate toilets and a utility room.
You’ll have access to a very high-speed internet connection (VDSL 2) and a TV decoder.
Outside, you can enjoy a lovely garden seating area, a large parasol, sun loungers, a barbecue and a pétanque court.
You’ll find all the essentials in the kitchen and bathrooms to ensure a stress-free start to your stay.
There is a good supply of high-quality crockery.

We will provide all baby care equipment free of charge upon request.
You are responsible for cleaning the property before you leave, but you may also opt for the cleaning service for a fee of 80 euros, payable on arrival.
Bed linen and towels can be provided for a fee of 20 euros per person for the entire stay.
If it is cold and the electric heating is used, an additional charge will apply.
The tourist tax (approximately 2 euros per person per day) is payable in addition to the rental price.
For short stays (less than a week), we prefer arrivals and departures to be on a Saturday.
Pets are not permitted.

The house is situated 200 metres from the port of L’Herbaudière, the beaches and essential shops.
The island of Noirmoutier, known for its mimosa, new potatoes and salt marshes, has many other attractions: its beaches, harbours, shellfish-gathering spots, cycle paths, walking trails and markets…
Despite its popularity with tourists, the island has managed to retain its traditional and authentic character.
