Overview
As independent salt producers, we invite you to discover our salt marsh for an authentic and friendly experience.
During our free guided tours, we’ll explain each stage of the traditional harvesting process: from preparing the pans to producing coarse salt and fleur de sel. Weather permitting, you’ll be able to watch the fleur de sel being harvested.
Walk-in tours at 5.00 pm, every day in June, July and August.
Opening hours of the shop:
April and May 3.30 pm–6.30 pm
June to October 10.30 am–1.00 pm and 3.30 pm–7.30 pm
Groups: group tours are by booking only from April to October.
On-site sales:
Salar, coarse natural and flavoured salt, natural or flavoured fleur de sel, fine salt… Our flavoured range is made with spices sourced from organic farming
