Overview
Founded in July 1992, the HORSE CLUB boasts extensive experience and a high level of professionalism in the field of horse riding. The horses and ponies live out in the fields all year round on the island of Noirmoutier. Many were born on the island, bred by Dominique BREGEON.
The ‘HORSE CLUB’ equestrian centre is easily accessible. It is situated on Route de l’Herbaudière, directly opposite the water tower, alongside a cycle path and overlooking the salt marshes.
We offer the following services:
- horse riding lessons (1 hour) and pony riding lessons (45 minutes) in the riding arena, organised according to the riders’ ability.
- Horse rides, tailored to the riders’ level (beginners, intermediate or advanced). There is a wide variety of rides through the salt marshes and the Luzéronde woods.
- 2-hour beach rides are organised in the morning depending on the tide times, but these are reserved for very experienced riders. Evening swims on horseback are also available for experienced riders, subject to tide times.
- 30-minute pony rides. The ponies are led by parents.
- Stabling in boxes or paddocks for horse owners. The club’s facilities are available to riders who own horses. The riding arena may be used outside the club’s lesson times.

ANCV holiday vouchers accepted. Groups welcome (maximum 10 people).
Open from 1 April to 11 November 2026.
Reception open from 9.00 am to 12.30 pm and from 3.00 pm to 7.00 pm. Closed on Sundays.
