This brasserie, situated opposite the old harbour of Noirmoutier, welcomes you every day for lunch or dinner. In an elegant setting, “Le Winch” invites you on a culinary journey combining the flavours of land and sea. Throughout the year, the kitchen team offers a menu that changes with the seasons, featuring fresh produce. Please note that the fish and meat are smoked on the premises.
