The setting is peaceful, almost intimate: a sunny terrace, a pergola to shelter under, and, if the weather is kind, a sunset that bathes the marshes in a thousand hues. Much more than just a place: a warm and indulgent experience, where every detail is carefully considered so that young and old alike can savour the moment with simplicity. And if you fancy discovering the secrets of oyster farming, we’ll open the doors to our farm to share 50 years of family expertise with you, and reveal how these little wonders of the sea are born and grow.
