Located at 26 Rue de l’Écluse, near the ship graveyard, Sébastien and Véronique invite you to savour your favourite shellfish in a stunning setting in Noirmoutier-en-l’Île, with breathtaking views of the sea, the church and the château. Their little hut is the perfect spot to indulge in the finest produce from the Vendée, not forgetting a glass of white wine – an essential accompaniment to any seafood platter.
Settle down amidst the tranquillity of nature in a cosy dining room or on the lovely outdoor terrace, overlooking the beautiful Moulin and Arceau tidal creeks. Whether with mayonnaise, shallot sauce, lemon or plain, enjoy your oysters and shellfish just the way you like them at Istreg.
