Our recently built holiday home, ‘La plage de la Linière’, is ideally situated in the village of L’Herbaudière in Noirmoutier, at the end of a private cul-de-sac opposite the farmland and close to the beaches and the harbour!
 All you need to do is park your car on the property, and everything is within walking or cycling distance.
A little extra at our house: 4 adult bikes, one of which has a child seat, are provided free of charge so you can explore the island.

On the ground floor, you’ll find:

a utility room with a washing machine, ironing board and iron, vacuum cleaner…
a toilet

- a lovely living area with a fully fitted and practical kitchen (induction hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, filter coffee maker, Senseo coffee machine, toaster, kettle…) and a sitting area: flat-screen TV, DVD player, books, board games…

The master bedroom has a 160 bed and an en-suite shower room,

Upstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms, each with a 140 bed
A bathroom with a shower, vanity unit, heated towel rail and toilet completes the upstairs

The property includes:

a fully enclosed and carefully landscaped garden with a large terrace and shade sail, garden furniture, a barbecue and 4 sun loungers.
A second wooden terrace with a pergola and a relaxation area, perfect for aperitifs or unwinding.
