The studio opens onto a spacious terrace surrounded by flowers and fitted with a shade sail, offering a lovely outdoor living space, ideal for both meals and relaxing breaks. (Sun loungers and garden furniture provided).
The entrance to the property is shared and accessed via a courtyard beautifully landscaped with flowering shrubs. Shared parking is available in the courtyard or outside against the property. A bicycle rack is available in the courtyard.
