The house is situated in the heart of L’Epine, a lovely little village. Shops are 500 metres away and the beach is 600 metres away. There’s no need to use the car. There’s a market in the village every Saturday morning.

The garden is enclosed and features a terrace with an electric awning, garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue.
The 110m² house is on one level and can accommodate 8 people.
It comprises a fitted kitchen, a large separate living room with a reading corner and a small desk, 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with double beds (140x190) and 1 bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds (90x190)), a shower room with a walk-in shower, a utility room with a washing machine and a separate toilet.
