Our single-storey house was built in 2016 and is situated in L’Herbaudière, on a quiet cul-de-sac, 300 metres from the fishing and marina harbours and local shops, and 200 metres from La Linière beach.
The house comprises:
- an entrance hall,
- a 35 m² living room with a television,
- a fitted and equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven and microwave, large fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, etc.) opening onto the living room and with direct access to two terraces,
- 4 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with a sofa bed,
- a bathroom with a walk-in shower,
- a separate toilet.
It features Wi-Fi, a fully enclosed garden, two wooden terraces (one measuring 25 m² and the other 28 m²) with garden furniture and sun loungers, and private parking spaces. A washing machine is available.

Close to the port of L’Herbaudière, you’ll have access to all the local shops (bakery, mini-market, newsagent, ice-cream parlours, bars, restaurants…), a market on Mondays and a free shuttle bus in the summer.
The beaches of La Linière, La Pointe, Les Lutins and Luzeronde are easily accessible on foot or by bike.
