Ideally situated in a quiet neighbourhood in the centre of Noirmoutier-en-l’Île, 300 metres from the shops and the market and 2 km from the beaches.

Outside, you’ll enjoy a sunny terrace with a small garden.

The house comprises:
- Two bedrooms: the first with a 140-bed and the other with three 90-beds;
- A shower room;
- A living area with a fitted and equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge with a sofa bed;
- A utility room with a washing machine shared between two holiday lets;
- A garage (3.10 x 4.50 m);
- An enclosed garden with garden furniture, 4 deckchairs, a parasol and a barbecue.

Due to allergies, pets are not permitted.

To preserve the peaceful nature of the neighbourhood, parties are not permitted.

An adjoining studio is available to rent for additional accommodation, subject to availability.
Rental from Saturday to Saturday – minimum stay of 7 nights in July and August. Outside this period, minimum stay of 5 nights.
