It comprises a contemporary, fitted and fully equipped kitchen, opening onto a large living area fitted with a large-screen TV and a wood-burning stove for winter evenings. The large living area opens onto a private, south-facing heated swimming pool, which is much appreciated during the summer months.
The property has 4 lovely bedrooms, 3 of which have TVs (2 x 160 beds, 2 x 140 beds, 2 x 90 bunk beds), and 3 bathrooms with toilets, including 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and toilets. A lovely landscaped and wooded plot of 410 m², fully fenced and not overlooked, with 2 terraces equipped with tables, armchairs and a parasol, 2 private parking spaces and a garden shed. 4 bicycles are available free of charge throughout your stay.
In the village of Barbâtre (a 5-minute drive away) you’ll find all the local shops you need, as well as a supermarket. The island of Noirmoutier enjoys a microclimate and offers numerous festivals and activities: walks, visits to the salt marshes, museums, a miniature village, mini-golf, the Aquarium, and more.
