Welcome to “Les Calorges”!

Les Calorges is a small hamlet comprising six tastefully decorated holiday homes, on the edge of the Bois de la Chaize and 950 metres from the historic Château district.
 
Each house, named “CALORGE”, has a large, light-filled living room, 3 bedrooms and an enclosed, sandy garden that will make you feel on holiday the moment you step through the gate – and will delight the children!

At Les Calorges, you’re less than a 5-minute cycle ride away from all the delights of Noirmoutier! 
You can watch the smelt fishermen on the jetty at Plage des Dames, buy a seafood platter at Noirmoutier market, go for bike rides through the Mullembourg marshes, go clam-fishing at Fort Laron, and relax on Sableaux Beach.
 
All the shops and the island’s most beautiful beaches are located close to ‘Les Calorges’.

La Calorge NO 1 is fully equipped and tastefully decorated. 
 
Enjoy a holiday home with all mod cons and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

La Calorge NO 1 offers a spacious and light-filled living area opening onto a large south-facing terrace, where you can spend unforgettable moments with your family around a barbecue. 
 
The enclosed, landscaped garden with its sandy area will give you a taste of the beach and delight your children, who’ll have a brilliant time playing in the fine sand!

We provide a fully equipped and functional kitchen, a TV, a hairdryer and free Wi-Fi.
 
Ideal for holidays with family or friends!

The house has 3 bedrooms:
- a master bedroom with its own en-suite shower room and television.
- a double bedroom
- a bedroom with 2 single beds

All bedrooms feature wardrobes and/or storage space.
 
We have taken particular care to ensure high-quality bedding, with large, comfortable double beds, for a restful holiday!

Both en-suite bathrooms feature walk-in showers.

Parking is easy in front of the house (1 parking space)
