"Welcome to our peaceful home, Sel que j'aime, offering a relaxing holiday for the whole family. Close to the beach (200 metres) and local shops (300 metres), it is situated in the village of L’Epine.

The house has 4 bedrooms.

The main room, measuring approximately 30 m², opens onto the living room and the fitted kitchen.

The kitchen includes:

- dishwasher

- oven

- microwave

- Nespresso machine

- coffee maker and kettle

- toaster

The house is equipped with the latest technology:

- Wi-Fi

- TV

- fridge-freezer

- Bluetooth speaker

A corridor leads to the sleeping area:

- a first bedroom sleeping three: a 140x190cm bunk bed and a 90x190cm single bed, with a wardrobe.

- A second bedroom with two 90x200 beds (which can be joined) and a cupboard (wardrobe and shelves)

- A third bedroom with a 90 x 190 bed and a cupboard

- A shower room and a separate toilet complete the sleeping area.

- On the other side of the house, there is a master bedroom with a 160x200 bed and its own en-suite shower room.

A 7 kg washing machine is available in the garage.

The garage is also available for storing bicycles and the parasol.

The terrace is at your disposal, complete with a dining table and chairs, as well as a sunbathing area with Acapulco chairs and sun loungers facing south.

Guests are asked to bring their own duvet covers, pillowcases and towels.

- 2 double duvets 220x240 (beds 160x200 and 140x190)

- 5 single duvets 150x200 (beds 90x190 and 90x200)

Dimensions of the 8 pillows: 65x65

Cleaning service available as an optional extra.
