WELCOME TO L’HER MARINE, in the heart of Noirmoutier-en-l’Île, in our villa for 7 people, which has been converted from an old farmhouse.

The villa, rated 3 stars, is ideally situated just a 3-minute cycle ride from the centre of Noirmoutier, the market square and the main pedestrianised street in Noirmoutier-en-l’Île.

It’s the perfect spot to enjoy an ice cream whilst losing yourself in the maze of narrow streets, have a drink on a café terrace, or share a special moment in one of Noirmoutier’s many restaurants overlooking the harbour.

From L’Her Marine, there are plenty of cycle routes to choose from: from the historic Banzeau district, you’ll cycle alongside the famous Jacobsen jetty whilst exploring the Mullenbourg nature reserve. This will take you straight to the beaches of Bois de la Chaize. (The Sableaux, Dames, Anse Rouge and Souzeaux beaches, amongst others.)

Upon arriving at the fully fenced-in property, you’ll discover two separate, south-facing terraces, connected by a landscaped area, complete with garden furniture and sun loungers. The setting is perfect for enjoying a drink with family or friends.

As you step inside the villa, you’ll be struck by the authentic charm of the place, with its superb exposed wooden beams and walls featuring a combination of solid bricks and wooden slats.

You’ll enjoy a fully fitted and equipped kitchen-diner, complete with an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, 2 small fridge-freezers, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, raclette set for 8 people …, with a large bay window opening onto the terrace.

The lounge area, fitted with a television (105 cm flat-screen – Orange TV – Wi-Fi, with the option to log into your Netflix account), is the perfect place to relax, with its large bay window overlooking the landscaped grounds.

The villa has 3 bedrooms:
• One bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200)
• One bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190)
• One bedroom with two single bunk beds (90 x 190) and an adjoining small lounge on the mezzanine level, with a single bed (90 cm). (An adult must be present for any child under 12 to access the mezzanine).

For all beds, you’ll find two pillows (60 x 60 cm) per person, and duvets for each bed (220 x 240 for double duvets and 140 x 200 for single duvets)

The bright and unique bathroom, with its solid white bricks, features twin washbasins, a central bath and a shower.

Our canine and feline friends can also enjoy a pleasant holiday, accompanied by their owners, subject to prior arrangement with the owner. Only one pet is permitted. (Pets must be microchipped or tattooed, vaccinated and not classified as Category 1 or 2) – €5 per night

Four adult bicycles are available free of charge throughout your stay, so you can explore the island of Noirmoutier.

Services available:

Electric car charging option – extension lead not provided (€50 per week or €8 per day)
Towels, bed linen and household linen. (€20 per person per stay)
End-of-stay cleaning. (Fixed charge of €100)
Baby kit (cot and mattress, high chair, baby bath and potty) for your little ones: €20 per stay

On arrival, we will ask you for:
- 1 cheque for a security deposit of €1,000 for the rental.
- 1 cheque for a security deposit of €100 for the end-of-stay cleaning, if you have booked this service.
- Payment of tourist tax per person aged 18 or over per day

Weekly rentals during school holidays and from APRIL to SEPTEMBER inclusive
Minimum 3-night stays outside school holidays and from OCTOBER to MARCH inclusive
