We welcome you to:

in a recently built house, awarded 4*Clé Vacances, situated five minutes by bike from the beaches (900m and 950m from the town centre), accessible via a path through the marshes or by road, in a tree-lined, leafy and peaceful setting. We offer five bedrooms with two shower rooms and a sheltered outdoor shower under the covered courtyard, plus three toilets. The bright, south-facing living room features a TV, DVD player and a connectable sound system. The brand-new open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a wide range of appliances and kitchen accessories. The living room and kitchen open onto a terrace and a patio to the north and the garden to the south, shaded by a mulberry tree acting as a parasol. The garden is landscaped on the street side. On the patio side, a covered area is sheltered by two transparent marine-grade tarpaulins, each of which can be opened and rolled up.

This covered area can be used as a games room, complete with a TV.

Games and books for children and adults are available. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed; one of these is a self-contained room with its own toilet, opening onto the garden and the patio. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a single bed and a pull-out bed, and a small bedroom with a single bed. Fitted sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases and tea towels can be provided for a small fee. Washing machine, tumble dryer and an outdoor sink for cleaning shellfish and fish. Deckchairs, tables, armchairs and outdoor chairs in the garden and on the patio, and garden furniture on the paved terrace in the south-east corner,

A gas barbecue-plancha or a small electric barbecue, as preferred. Rental is preferably on a weekly basis.

In July and August, cleaning is included in the price for bookings of two consecutive weeks. Outside July and August, a minimum stay of three nights is required. The price quoted excludes heating (during the heating season, consumption will be charged at actual cost).
