Stay in this pleasant and comfortable holiday home, situated just a 700-metre walk from Saint Jean beach and 500 metres from the centre of L’Epine and its shops. The property features a bright, open-plan living area comprising a (very well) equipped kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area. There are three bedrooms: one with a 140-bed, one with a 160-bed, and one with a 90-bed and a 140-bed, all with fitted wardrobes. There is also a shower room and a separate toilet.

The living area opens onto the garden and the terrace, which is equipped with garden furniture, a shade sail, sun loungers and a barbecue. Parking is available within the enclosed grounds.
