A single-storey holiday home for 4 to 6 people, measuring 70 m², refurbished in 2014, 300 m from ‘Petit Vieil’ beach and 200 m from the shops, comprising:

a dining room with seating for 6 people.
- An open-plan kitchen with a breakfast bar, microwave, conventional oven, induction hob with extractor hood, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker and toaster.
- A living room with a 140 sofa bed, 2 armchairs, a hi-fi system and a television.
- Two bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, one with a 160 bed and the other with a 140 bed.
- A bathroom with a double washbasin, walk-in shower, washing machine, heated towel rail and hairdryer.
- A storage cupboard containing a vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.
- A separate toilet.

Outside, on enclosed grounds of 250 m²,
- a south-facing terrace, fitted with an awning, featuring a 6-seater garden set, two sun loungers and a deckchair
- two parking spaces, a shelter (with 3 bicycles available), a barbecue and an outdoor sink.
Miscellaneous: non-smoking property.

We accept small dogs or cats; a supplement of 25 euros per pet per stay will be charged
For larger dogs weighing 15 kg or more, a flat fee of 25 euros will be charged, as well as the compulsory cleaning service at 60 euros per stay

We accept payment by holiday vouchers (+5% processing fee)

Electricity is charged at an additional rate based on consumption from 24 October to 17 April (approximately €35)
Optional extras: cleaning service at €60 (compulsory cleaning fee for large dogs), bed linen at €15 per bed, towels at €8 per person
