Overview
A recently built, architect-designed house in the typical Noirmoutier style, semi-detached and featuring all modern comforts for a wonderful holiday
ideally situated, close to the town centre of Noirmoutier-en-l’Île (the pedestrianised shopping street is a 900-metre walk away) and the beaches of La Luzeronde and Le Vieil, with an exceptional, unobstructed view of the salt marshes and the nature reserve.

- Ground floor
- Living room opening onto the terrace and its small, south-facing private garden with an exceptional, unobstructed view.
- Well-equipped open-plan kitchen (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, combination microwave and fan-assisted oven, kettle, etc.). Coffee maker and Nespresso machine.
- Board games. TV, DVD player
- Shower room with washbasin, toilet and electric towel rail
- Upstairs:
- 1 ‘master’ bedroom with a 140 bed. Completely unobstructed views as far as L’Epine, on the other side of the nature reserve,
- 1 bedroom with two 90-cm twin beds (which can be arranged either as a 180-cm bed with a suitable fitted sheet or as two separate beds).
- A second shower room with washbasin, toilet and electric towel warmer.
This means you can get ready at your leisure in the morning or when you return from the beach, without having to wait for the bathroom to become free.
- A south-facing terrace, fully equipped for dining (up to 6 people) with a parasol if you wish to shelter from the sun
- A small, enclosed south-facing garden, fully equipped with garden furniture including sun loungers: its built-in barbecue is ready for your summer cooking.
- A south-facing garden, opening directly onto the nature reserve. No neighbours opposite.
You’ll enjoy a holiday surrounded by nature, whilst remaining close to the town centre and its pedestrianised street.
And you might even be visited by a little egret, which may alight in your garden or in the adjacent watercourse.
2 adult bikes (with suspension) are available so you can cycle to the town centre via the cycle path,
head to the beaches or explore the island (access to the cycle path is just off the private driveway of the Clos des Marais).
- Outdoor storage area with a washer-dryer and bike shed.
Options:
- Baby equipment (€19 per stay) (travel cot, high chair, pushchair, etc.),
- Baby bike trailer (for carrying babies and/or beach towels and toys): €24 per week
- End-of-stay cleaning available (€55),
- Bed linen and household linen can be hired directly from the L’Atelier dry cleaners (400 metres from the house).
The ‘L’Etier’ house can be hired together with the adjoining ‘Les Mimosas’ house (H2028)
- to provide 4 bedrooms (accommodating 8 people) and 2 living rooms (one for the children, one for the parents),
- or for 2 families who wish to holiday together whilst retaining their independence.
Rental prices include service charges.
The rate shown online applies only to one-week stays, from Saturday to Saturday.
