The nearby cycle paths will allow you to explore the island of Noirmoutier by bike, including the salt marshes, the Passage du Gois, fishing and marina harbours, beaches, dunes, the château, the museum and more.

The house has three bedrooms, one of which has a 150-bed; it is comfortable and very well maintained.
At the front of the house, the entrance hall, a bedroom with a 140-bed, a bedroom with two 90-beds and the bathroom with a walk-in shower all overlook the forest.
To the south, the very light-filled dining/living room, with its 4-metre bay window, and the kitchen open onto the 25 m² terrace, half of which is covered by an awning.
The fireplace in the living room will keep you warm on winter evenings
The tiled garage, which opens onto the kitchen, is fitted with a second sink, a shower, a washer-dryer and storage space.
There is space to park two cars on the property.
