Bed linen available for hire: €20 per double bed, €18 per single bed, €15 for towels per person, tea towel set €8

Optional cleaning package (€140, with a €15 supplement if a pet is present)
A tenancy agreement is drawn up with the owners.
A deposit of 40 per cent is required upon signing, with the balance due 30 days before arrival, as well as a security deposit of €1,000 by uncashed cheque.
Finally, the tenant must have holiday liability insurance.

Plenty of activities: swimming (numerous beaches, all very different), cycling or walking (salt marshes, Jacobsen jetty, Le Gois…), tennis, sailing (Fort St Pierre Sailing School), Club Mickey (Plage du Viel), stand-up paddleboarding, kitesurfing, fishing (from the shore or from the jetty), a visit to the old town of Noirmoutier-en-l’Île – particularly the Banzeau district and the château – and a visit to the charming village of Le Vieil…
