- The entrance is on the ground floor (100% wheelchair accessible), where you’ll find a kitchen opening onto a pleasant terrace shaded by a pergola, a gym, a bedroom with two 90-cm beds, a bathroom with a hammam, a bedroom with a 160-cm bed, a second bedroom with a 160-cm bed, a separate toilet, and a wheelchair-accessible shower room with a toilet
- Upstairs, the staircase leads directly into the very light-filled living room, which enjoys a magnificent view of the ocean. The fitted kitchen is an extension of the living room. You will then find the sleeping area on the other side of the living room, comprising: a bedroom with a 160 bed, a suite with a 160 bed and an en-suite shower room, a bedroom with two 90 beds, and a shower room with a toilet.
Upstairs, all the rooms open onto a balcony offering a unique view.
The garden surrounds part of the house and features a spa, an outdoor shower for when you return from the beach, a swing, and a large sheltered terrace equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue. Finally, a stand-up paddleboard and a canoe are at your disposal during your stay.
You can park your car in the garage (space for 2 cars) or in the driveway.
