The house is very light and airy and is fully equipped both indoors and outdoors: sun loungers, garden furniture, garden table, charcoal barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, fridge-freezer.

Ideal location with walking distance to the beaches: Sableaux 200 m away, Plage des Dames a 3-minute walk away; Bois de la Chaise; cycle rides; shellfish gathering; close to the town centre.
In summer, a variety of water sports nearby: sailing school 400 m away, Club Mickey 250 m away, lifeguard-supervised beach in July and August. A superb fine-sand beach 200 m away, with its traditional beach huts and the Bois de la Chaise as a backdrop.Close to the town centre and its shops, which can be easily reached on foot or by bike in a few minutes.
