A house renovated in 2023, situated in Noirmoutier, overlooking the fishing and marina harbour of L’Herbaudière, with an exceptional panoramic sea view. The ground floor comprises a kitchen, a dining room, a lounge with a television opening onto a conservatory overlooking the harbour, a first bedroom (2 single beds that can be joined), a shower room and a separate toilet. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms (one with a 160-bed and one with two 80-beds that can be joined) as well as a shower room and toilet. Every bedroom has a sea view. Outside, there is a 30 m² south-facing patio with sun loungers, a barbecue, and a table and chairs. A garage is available for storing bicycles. Free, unrestricted car parking is available all year round opposite the house. The house is semi-detached from two holiday homes. The accommodation is 200 metres from La Linière beach and 250 metres from local shops and the 3-star restaurant La Marine.
