A charming villa dating from the late 19th century, fully renovated by an architect in 2019–2020, combining the comforts of a modern home whilst retaining its authentic character, set on extensive grounds adorned with century-old cypress trees.


Our family home is ideally situated in a listed conservation area in the Bois de la Chaize, 300 metres from Plage des Dames and one kilometre from the town centre of Noirmoutier-en-l’Île, in a privileged setting just a stone’s throw from water sports and a wide range of activities, all within easy cycling distance.


The house can accommodate between 8 and 10 people, with four bedrooms upstairs and one on the ground floor (a study that can be used as a bedroom with a pull-out bed). Spacious living room with a fireplace, a 55 m² air-conditioned dining room with an open-plan kitchen and a central island under a veranda. Two shower rooms and two separate toilets. The house features a swimming pool heated from June to September.


Enclosed garden of 1,300 m², with a well. Space to park two vehicles within the grounds.


Four bedrooms upstairs: three measuring 10 m², two with double beds (90 cm) and one with a 140 cm bed, and one measuring 17 m² with a 140 cm bed.

On the ground floor: a 17 m² bedroom/study/living room with TV area, featuring a 140 cm sofa bed

Check-out procedures and applicable additional charges:

- Check-in and check-out are handled by a concierge service, which is also at your disposal throughout your stay – the concierge service is paid for by the owner – however, additional services may be requested (cleaning during your stay, etc.) to be paid directly by the tenant to the concierge service.

- Tourist taxes are payable by the tenant in addition to the rental fee at the time of booking; the amount depends on the number of guests, in accordance with the rate set by the local council.

- A security deposit of €1,500 by cheque is required at the start of the stay and will be returned if no damage is found upon departure.

- The property must be left clean on departure; the house must be cleaned. The kitchen (cupboards, worktops, utensils, etc.) must be cleaned. The dishwasher must be emptied and kitchen utensils put away. The bins must be emptied.

- A cleaning charge of €160 (including Covid disinfection) will be invoiced to the tenant upon booking.

- Rubbish bins: the rubbish bins must be emptied and the rubbish disposed of when guests leave. Recycling bins are located at the entrance to Les Dames beach.
