Welcome to the website of the “Les Coûts” salt marsh, situated in the commune of L’Epine.
Philippe, a salt worker for 28 years, offers a free guided tour explaining how a salt marsh works, in the morning from 11.00 am to 12.30 pm and in the afternoon (by booking only).
Direct sales of his produce: coarse salt and plain or flavoured Fleur de Sel.
Head towards Route du Port de Morin. At the penultimate roundabout, take the first road on the right which joins the cycle path; ride slowly – you’ve arrived!
Open from 15 June to 30 September 2026.
Tours every day at 11.00 am and 5.00 pm (by booking).
