Independent producers and harvesters of sea salt and glasswort.
We welcome you, from 1 July to 31 August, every day at 4.30 pm in the salt marsh for a guided tour introducing the saltmaker’s trade, the salt pan and the techniques and tools used (free of charge and no booking required).
You can find the marsh’s produce (coarse salt, fleur de sel, flavoured salt, glasswort) on sale directly from the hut, every day from 9.00 am to 1.00 pm, then from 2.00 pm to 7.00 pm. July and August: 9.00 am to 7.00 pm.
You can reach us by car or bike and park on site: Route de Champierreux (D96) – 85740 L’Epine.
Our produce is ‘Nature & Progrès’ certified.
Our packaging is eco-friendly and our herbs are certified organically grown.
Open from June to September 2026.
