Situated near the Passage du Gois on the way to Barbâtre town centre, La Mano restaurant invites you to enjoy a delicious and authentic dining experience. True to our values, we grow a large proportion of our own vegetables on our market garden, close to the restaurant. These fresh, seasonal produce bring out the full flavours of our culinary creations. Whether eaten in or taken away, our thin-crust pizzas are topped with vegetables from our market garden and carefully selected local ingredients. When it comes to seafood, Noirmoutier bouchot mussels are served in a variety of ways: classic, marinière-style or with cream, or in more original versions with Roquefort or green pepper.
