Nestled within 1.5 hectares of lush greenery, our houses – typical of Noirmoutier’s architectural style – open out onto private gardens and wooden terraces, perfect for peace and relaxation.

Everything is within easy reach on foot or by bike: Noirmoutier market, the shops and restaurants in the town centre, the Jacobsen jetty, its nature reserve, the château and the harbour.
Direct access to the cycle path takes you straight to the beaches.

The swimming pool is heated from April to the end of September, and come winter, enjoy the cosiness of a log fire in every house.
An authentic and peaceful setting, ideal for a holiday with family, friends or for a private event: you can easily combine our 4-, 6- or 8-person cottages to suit your needs.

New for 2025: La Saline, our ‘seminar house’ with a warm and light-filled atmosphere, accommodates up to 16 people seated.
It can be converted into a wellness room and hosts rejuvenating courses, retreats and workshops all year round, in a natural and inspiring setting.
