Ideally situated on the island of Noirmoutier, in a peaceful setting at the end of a private cul-de-sac, you’ll enjoy your holiday just a stone’s throw from the beach whilst being close to the village centre of La Guérinière.
Designed in a U-shape, the house offers a natural flow and lets in light at all times of the day. The cosy 60m² living area features a fitted and fully equipped kitchen. Everyone will find a space dedicated to relaxing or socialising, in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
As soon as you enter, your eye is drawn to the traditional timber framework and the warmth of the materials.
The large 4-metre-wide sliding-door window creates a sense of being both indoors and outdoors and naturally extends the living area onto a large wooden terrace.
The heated swimming pool, open from mid-April to September, promises delightful moments of relaxation for young and old alike.
