It comprises: an entrance hall; a shower room and a separate toilet; a 22 m² kitchen opening onto the dining area; a spacious 21 m² living room; a 9 m² room featuring a large bay window that floods the space with light, fitted with a desk/table and a sofa bed with a mattress suitable for daily use as an extra bed, a 12 m² bedroom with a 160 bed, and a bedroom with two 90 beds that can be joined to form a 180. The emphasis is on comfortable sleeping arrangements.  

Largely sheltered from view, its enclosed, landscaped private garden is ideal for relaxing and/or socialising on the terrace.
Fitted with a shade sail to provide shelter from the sun, which is generally abundant on the island, the terrace features a dining area, garden furniture and, of course, a Weber barbecue.
The well-landscaped garden is maintained to enhance the sense of well-being.
Parking in the private courtyard and/or under the carport ensures hassle-free, secure parking for one or even two cars. Free charging for electric vehicles via a high-power socket is also a bonus.

Reception and assistance are provided either by ourselves or by a concierge service.
On request, bed linen and towel sets can be hired: 160 cm bed: €24, 140 cm bed: €22, 90 cm bed: €19.
