Need some fresh air and peace and quiet… Our recently built 70 m² holiday let, ‘La Plage des Lutins’, is ideally situated in the village of L’Herbaudière in Noirmoutier, at the end of a private cul-de-sac opposite farmland and close to the beaches and the harbour!


All you need to do is park your car on the property, and everything is within a 5-minute walk or bike ride: 500 metres from La Linière and Les Lutins beaches, and 600 metres from the harbour with its many shops and restaurants.
A little extra at our house: 4 adult bikes, including one with a child seat, provided free of charge so you can explore the island.

The house comprises a living area with a fully fitted kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, freezer, induction hobs, oven, microwave, filter coffee machine and Senseo…) and a sitting area (flat-screen TV, books, board games…)
- a first bedroom with a 160 bed,
- a second bedroom with two 90 beds that can be pushed together to form a 180 bed.
- a bathroom with a shower cubicle, vanity unit, heated towel rail and hairdryer.
- a large separate toilet.
- a utility room with a washing machine, hoover, etc.
- fibre-optic internet

- a private terrace with a pergola, garden furniture, a barbecue, two deckchairs, and a fully enclosed garden full of flowers
- two parking spaces
