Our modern house, ‘La Madeleine’, is situated in the village of L’Herbaudière in Noirmoutier, at the end of a private cul-de-sac, opposite the farmland and close to the beaches and the harbour.
All you need to do is park your car on the property, and everything is within a 5-minute walk or cycle: 500 metres from the beaches of La Linière and Les Lutins, and 600 metres from the harbour and its many shops.

A special bonus of our house: 4 adult bikes, one of which has a child seat, provided free of charge so you can explore the island.

The house comprises a living area with a fully fitted kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, induction hobs, oven, microwave, filter coffee machine and Senseo…) and a sitting area (flat-screen TV, books, board games…)


A master bedroom with a 160-cm bed
- a bathroom with a walk-in shower, vanity unit, hairdryer, towel warmer and toilet.

Upstairs, you’ll find a large shared bedroom with a 140 bed and a 90 bed, and a separate toilet with a washbasin
