Our recently built holiday home, ‘La Blanche’, is situated in Noirmoutier, in the village of L’Herbaudière, at the end of a private cul-de-sac opposite the farmland and close to the beaches and the harbour!

All you need to do is park your car on the property, and everything is within a 5-minute walk or bike ride: 500 metres from the Linière and Lutins beaches, and 600 metres from the harbour and its many shops.
A little extra at our house: 4 adult bikes, one of which has a child seat, are available free of charge so you can explore the island.

The house comprises a living area with a fully fitted kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, induction hobs, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker and Senseo machine…) and a sitting area (flat-screen TV, books, board games…)
- A master bedroom with a 160 bed and an en-suite bathroom (walk-in shower, vanity unit, hairdryer, heated towel rail, etc.)
- In the hall, a toilet
- A sliding-door cupboard containing a hoover, washing machine, cleaning supplies, an iron and ironing board, etc.

Upstairs you’ll find a large dormitory-style bedroom with two 90-cm beds that can be pushed together to form a 180-cm bed and a 90/180-cm bed, a separate toilet and a shower room with a shower and washbasin unit,

The property is tastefully furnished with a seaside and holiday theme!
