This modern house, measuring 120 m², is situated in a quiet neighbourhood. Here you can relax whilst still being close to the town centre and the old harbour of Noirmoutier-en-l’île (800 m, less than 5 mins by bike, about 10 minutes’ walk) and the beaches of Le Vieil or Le Bois de la Chaise, on the north coast of the island (2 km, 10 minutes by bike, 30 minutes on foot).

A single-storey detached house on a fenced plot of 400m², featuring an entrance hall, lounge, living room and fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (including 1 with a 140 bed and 4 with 90 beds), a walk-in shower room with 2 washbasins and a separate toilet, and a pantry. A 20 m² bicycle shed, adjoining the house, is at your disposal. The house is accessible to people with disabilities. Pets are allowed subject to certain conditions.
