Situated just a stone’s throw from cycle paths and footpaths, this former workshop has been completely renovated into a holiday home offering a spacious interior and a landscaped courtyard with no overlooking neighbours. You’ll find a terrace with shade sails, a table and sun loungers to make the most of the summer. A space for storing your bikes has also been provided. 
Set out on one level, it comprises a sleeping area with two bedrooms each featuring a 140 bed, a shower room and a separate toilet, and, on the mezzanine level, a loft-style bedroom (with a ceiling height of less than 1m80) with two 90 beds. This layout means the house is suitable for 2 couples and 2 children. The living area comprises a large entrance hall, a lounge and a spacious, fully-equipped kitchen-diner with access to a utility room. From the kitchen, there is access to an enclosed patio with a barbecue and sink, allowing you to cook outdoors in fine weather. You’ll appreciate the proximity to nature, the centre of Noirmoutier-en-l’Île, its market and its summer events.
