A lovely Noirmoutre-style house. Perfect for holidays with family or friends. Very light and airy, the house opens onto a south-facing garden with a furnished terrace, and a north-facing patio sheltered from the wind, also furnished for al fresco dining or relaxing. Single-storey house. 

3 bedrooms (2 with double beds (160cm) and 1 with 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4, 90cm)). Separate toilet. Bathroom with double washbasins and shower. Fitted and well-equipped kitchen. Terrace with gas plancha, deckchairs and a table and chairs for al fresco dining. Parasol. Patio with a high table and a seating area.

Very quiet, residential neighbourhood, ideally situated 900 metres from Les Sableaux beach and 1 kilometre from Les Dames beach. A footpath leads from the house through the marshes to the town centre (castle 1.4 km away), which can be reached on foot or by bike whilst enjoying a pleasant stroll.

End-of-stay cleaning fee of €90 (compulsory). Bed linen can be hired from the concierge service (double set: €20 / single set: €15 / towel set: €10). Maximum capacity of the house: 4 adults and 4 children or 6 adults and 2 children. Not available for 8 adults as the property is not suitable. Pets not allowed. Check-in from 4.00 pm / check-out by 10.00 am.

Weekend bookings: option to check out on Sunday afternoon (excluding school holidays and/or if the property is not booked for the following period). Easter weekend, 1 May and 8 May 2026: minimum stay of 3 nights. Ascension Day long weekend: minimum stay of 4 nights. July and August: rentals from Saturday to Saturday only.
