A lovely studio, classified as a 3-star furnished holiday let, which has undergone a complete refurbishment, completed in mid-July 2018.

Ideally situated in a quiet neighbourhood in the centre of Noirmoutier-en-l’Île, 300 metres from the shops and market and 2 km from the beaches.

Outside, you can enjoy a sunny terrace with a small garden. 

The studio comprises:
- a living area with a kitchenette, sleeping area (140 cm bed) and lounge area;
- a shower room with toilet;
- an enclosed garden with garden furniture, two deckchairs and a barbecue;
- a utility room with a washing machine shared between two holiday lets;
- an enclosed garden with garden furniture, two deckchairs, a shade sail and a barbecue.

Due to allergies, pets are not permitted.

To preserve the peaceful nature of the neighbourhood, parties are not permitted.

It is possible to rent a terraced house adjoining the studio for greater accommodation capacity, subject to availability.
Rental from Saturday to Saturday for a minimum of 7 nights in July/August. Outside this period, a minimum stay of 5 nights applies.
