Mme MASSON-BATUT - Maison individuelle 6 personnes

Our house (73m²) is at the end of a cul-de-sac and the plot (330m²) is enclosed by a gate. The house is modern, very light and comfortable.
You will have access to:
- a living room/kitchen (~25m²) opening onto a south-facing garden (~150m²) via a large sliding glass door, and onto a patio on the north side,
- a small bedroom with a double bed (160cm x 200cm),
- a bedroom with 4 bunk beds (90cm x 200cm; one of the bottom beds can be moved closer to the other to form a double bed),
- a shower room and a separate toilet.
For sunny days, the house is equipped with two garden tables, a large parasol and a gas plancha (in a covered area opening onto the kitchen and the garden). Parking is available in the driveway leading to the house. There are also two parking spaces in the cul-de-sac.
 
The house is not equipped with Wi-Fi or a television.

Our house is situated in the village of Noirmoutier-en-l’Île. It is a 5-minute cycle from the centre (open-air market, numerous bars and restaurants) and a 15-minute cycle from the island’s northern beaches (La Clère, Le Vieil) and the eastern beaches (Plage des Dames, Les Souzeaux, L’Anse Rouge, Les Sableaux) of the island. At Les Sableaux you will find the water sports centre and water sports equipment hire.
 
A caretaker will be on hand to welcome you on arrival and see you off on departure whilst I am away. He can provide bed linen and towels for a small fee.
You must carry out the cleaning yourself before you leave (the caretaker will ask you for a cleaning deposit cheque, which will be returned to you on departure), but at certain times of the year (not in summer) it is possible to opt for the cleaning service for €45, payable on arrival.

For stays during school holidays, we prefer arrivals or departures on a Saturday.
Pets are not permitted.
