A charming holiday home situated amongst the dunes, in the heart of the village of Barbâtre, a 2-minute walk from all the shops and the magnificent Ocean Beach.
It comprises a lovely 37 m² living room and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, Weber barbecue, hob, fridge-freezer, …), 3 bedrooms with storage, a shower room, separate toilet, a south-facing terrace, and a lovely enclosed garden of 300 m² with all the outdoor furniture you need. The house is comfortable and very well insulated, making it perfect for stays in both summer and winter!
Ideal for young and old alike, the beach – accessible on foot via the dunes – is a real highlight. There are plenty of activities nearby: walks through the dunes, swimming, shellfish gathering, sailing (sailing school 2 mins away), kitesurfing, cinema, shops, restaurants and markets. Small pets are welcome. We provide baby equipment (travel cot with a comfortable mattress, high chair).
