Overview
Welcome to the villa ‘L’HIRONDELLE’, situated in a quiet spot at the end of a cul-de-sac in the small, peaceful village of Le Vieil.
Narrow streets lined with low stone walls and pretty fishermen’s cottages perched on the sand – this is the picture-postcard view of Le Vieil.
You’ll mainly get around by bike or on foot, wandering from lane to lane, almost all of which lead to the beach: Plage de la Madeleine, Plage de Mardi-Gras and Plage de la Clère.
The villa is ideally situated just a 3-minute cycle ride (around 400 m) from these beaches and the centre of Le Vieil, where you’ll find a mini-market, a newsagent, bars and restaurants.
Villa L’HIRONDELLE, a 4-star rated property, is a recently built architect-designed house with a floor area of 140 m². It can accommodate 10 people (family or friends).
Upon entering the villa, you’ll discover a spacious 45 m² lounge area, featuring a living room equipped with a 164 cm large-screen flat-screen TV (fibre broadband – Wi-Fi, Orange TV and access to Netflix, etc.), and a dining room with two south-facing bay windows overlooking the fully enclosed, landscaped garden – which is not overlooked by neighbours – complete with a swimming pool.
Moving on, you’ll also find the fully fitted and equipped kitchen with an oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, Tassimo, toaster, kettle and a raclette set for 8 people. …
To complement the kitchen, the utility room is equipped with a washing machine, ironing board and hoover.
From the kitchen, you can access the south-facing wooden terrace, complete with sun loungers and a barbecue, or the covered area, overlooking the unheated swimming pool, which is open from 1 June to 30 September.
The private, unheated swimming pool (Length: 8.30 ml – Width: 3.80 ml – Depth: 90 cm to 1.40 m), facing south and secured by an electric roller shutter, will enhance your stay.
The villa has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
On the ground floor:
A master suite comprising a bedroom with a 160 x 200 double bed, a separate dressing room (with shelves and wardrobes) and a separate bathroom.
Upstairs: You’ll find a bathroom with a toilet and 3 bedrooms, all fitted with built-in cupboards featuring shelves and hanging space.

For all beds, you’ll find 2 pillows (60 x 60 cm) per person and one duvet per bed (measuring 220 x 240 for double duvets and 140 x 200 for single duvets)
You also have access to a 25 m² tiled garage adjoining the house, with an electric sectional door.
You can park your car there throughout your stay. A second parking space is available in front of the garage door and a third at the end of the cul-de-sac.
Six adult bicycles are available free of charge throughout your stay, so you can explore the island of Noirmoutier.
Our four-legged friends – dogs and cats – can also enjoy a pleasant holiday with their owners, subject to prior agreement with the owner. Only one pet is permitted. (Pets must be microchipped or tattooed, vaccinated and not classified as Category 1 or 2) – €5 per night
